Check out the official unveiling for Kevin Durant's next signature sneaker.
Designed by Leo Chang, the Nike Air Zoom KD 9 features a Flyknit upper paired with an all-new visible, tapered Zoom Air unit. Debuting in low-top form, the Flyknit upper was engineered down to the pixel for maximum containment, and features a pattern with a distinct honeycomb structure.
After three years of testing, this new Zoom Air unit is filled with fibers that compress upon each step, then spring back for unmatched response. It is 16 millimeters thick at the heel and progressively narrows down to 10 millimeters at the forefoot.
A general release, look out for the Nike Air Zoom KD 9 at select Nike Basketball retailers worldwide on Monday, June 20th, 2016. Retail is set at $180 for men, and they will also be available in full-family sizing, running down to toddler.
