Today I had to go out and run some errands. So, I figured i'd snap off a quick pic of what I decided on wearing today.
Since the weather is FINALLY get nice out where I live and not raining, I figured i'd break out something I only wear with shorts. The Air Jordan VI is one of my all-time favorite Jordan's, and I love the way they look. So, I decided on breaking out the 2008 "Olympic" Air Jordan VI Retro for the first time in 2011. I know a lot of people dislike this colorway, but I personally like it. Is it my favorite VI? No. But, I still enjoy them. Take a look at these couple shots real quick, and expect more of these types of posts in the near future. I have also added a WDYWT tab on the sidebar which will be updated as I make posts so if you missed one, you can visit that page to see a list of everything. Enjoy!
This right here is something of epic proportions. An unreleased sample ORIGINAL Air Jordan XI colorway. It's not everyday that an unreleased sample colorway pops up for the public eye, and even rarer is an original! Now I label these "grail status," and that's because, they simply are to me. Probably one of only a few pairs out there and impossible to obtain. These will go right up there with the rest of the numerous Air Jordan XI's unreleased throughout the years that I can only dream of owning.
A nice white/orange colorway, these feature an all white mesh upper with orange patent leather. A nice black sockliner and an orange stip on the tongue that reads "Jumpman Jordan" in white separated by a black Jumpman. The number "23" found in orange on the back heel, and completed with a clear outsole. Simply stunning. I have yet to see a colorway of the Air Jordan XI I don't like, and this one definitely continues that trend. Enjoy these images below, and who knows, maybe one day I will have them! Most likely not, but one can dream.
